To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that the puppy is held for you and is no longer made available to other buyers.
Deposit amount will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance but may be transferred to another puppy or future litter upon request.
Full or partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
The puppy becomes unavailable due to health or unforeseen circumstances on our end.
You cancel before any formal commitment or paperwork is signed (deposit excluded).
A verified veterinarian diagnosis reveals a serious health issue within the first 72 hours of pick-up/delivery, and you choose not to keep the puppy.
You change your mind after placing a deposit.
You fail to pick up the puppy within the agreed timeframe.
The puppy becomes ill due to improper care, exposure, or neglect after purchase.
You return the puppy for non-medical or non-health-related reasons.
In the rare case that your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within the first year, and this is verified in writing by a licensed veterinarian, you may be eligible for:
A replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter
Subject to availability and breeder discretion
